AdressPal is a UK-based forwarding service that manages the shipping of items that use their service. As a result, they may use different carriers and processes in shipping items, which may or may not incur additional costs depending on the destination. This is a third-party service which we, unfortunately, have no control over, and we would not be able to offer a refund of the customs charges on this occasion.
