Due to the new trading relationship between the UK and EU as a result of Brexit, we have adapted changes to our fulfilment process to ensure that we can continue to deliver to EU countries as before, without the need to provide a customs declaration form (CN22/23) and/or pay additional customs fees.
All European items are being dispatched from our Northern Ireland fulfilment centre.
Northern Ireland continues to remain part of the EU custom union after Brexit and your goods should not receive any additional customs or VAT charges. However from, 1 January 2021, some deliveries may take slightly longer than usual.
If you have received a notification to pay additional customs charges, we recommend that you contact your local authority to advise that this charge does not apply, as deliveries to the EU are dispatched from Northern Ireland and not the UK.
We are continuing to work with government agencies (UK & EU) to ensure that any issues arising from the new arrangement will be minimised, however all deliveries are expected to be completed as normal with only very minor possible delays.
